The payment methods for placing your order are as follows:

• Payment by bank card All debit/credit cards valid in Spain are accepted.
• Payment by bank transfer If we do not receive the bank transfer within eight days of the buyer confirming the order, if this payment method has been chosen, the order will be considered cancelled.
• Payment through financing with Cofidis.

Payment through Cofidis

Spread your payment over four instalments.

All you need is your identity document and a valid card*

2. Fill in your details in the Cofidis section
3. Pay in four instalments.
4. You will pay the first instalment when the order is processed and the following instalments after 32, 63 and 90 days.

Financing offered and subject to approval by Cofidis, S.A. Sucursal en España, for amounts from €75 to €1000 in four instalments.

Pay in instalments that suit you

2. Select Cofidis Pay 6x12x24x in the payment method.
3. Choose your instalments and complete the application.
4. Your payment in several instalments from your bank account.

The easiest way to finance your purchase in the number of instalments that best suit you using your bank account, and to be able to reuse Cofidis Pay 6x12x24x for future financed purchases.

All orders placed on the colchonesmedical.com website are shipped free of charge. Products have free shipping throughout the peninsula. We do not ship to the Balearic or Canary Islands or Ceuta or Melilla. If you have any other questions, please contact customer support on +34 651 37 73 10.

Estimated delivery times at Medical Innovation are approximately 72 working hours from receipt of the order.

Orders placed and paid for using the bank transfer option will be processed and shipped once receipt of the corresponding amount has been confirmed. In the case of purchases financed through Cofidis, the order will be shipped once final approval of the financing by the entity has been made.

All products purchased from Medical Innovation come with a 10-YEAR WARRANTY ON THE CORE OF MEDICAL INNOVATION BRAND MATTRESSES for manufacturing defects in the core and a 3-YEAR WARRANTY on all other products, starting from the date of purchase.

6-month trial period

MEDICAL INNOVATION offers an additional satisfaction guarantee with its mattresses consisting of a 180-night trial period. This guarantee is valid once the legal right of withdrawal has expired, and also includes that period. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 180 days of receiving the product.

If you make a purchase you can exercise your right to withdraw within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the order. Once the withdrawal has been made, Medical Innovation will refund the price paid for the products within a maximum period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of withdrawal. This deadline may be extended and, in this case, will be counted from the date of receipt of the returned products.

Exclusion: The right of withdrawal shall not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery (mattresses, bedding and pillows) or goods that have been made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

Return costs: The buyer shall be responsible for the return shipping costs. This is €49 including VAT for pillows and other smaller items, and €150 including VAT for mattresses and similar large items.

MEDICAL INNOVATION will charge €150 as a return fee in all cases. This amount will be refunded if the warranty applies, less the shipping costs for the new mattress.

Your INNO-LIVE mattress has been designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards and is extremely durable. However, to ensure it remains in good condition, please follow these basic care instructions:

• Wash your mattress cover at a maximum temperature of 30C on short cycles.
• Rotate it periodically so that the feet are at the head and vice versa.
• Do not flip the mattress. The INNO-LIVE mattress is designed for use on one side only.
